  4. - Thru put will depend greatly on line conditions and modem type. 
  5.  
  6. - The Async Router supports a maximum of 2400bps from the comm ports.
  7. Greater thru put may be gained by using a WNIM+ adapter. 
  8.  
  9. - If you get WNIM initialization failure on start up verify that the 
  10. NACSLOAD.BIN file is in the same directory as the program, ROUTER.EXE or
  11. BRIDGE.EXE. 
  12.  
  13. - The WNIM adapter must be the last LAN adapter configured in the router. 
  14.  
  15. - Invalid ID strings may be caused by noisy lines, or modems not returning
  16. true Hayes result codes. 
  17.  
  18. - The ID string field may contain undisplayed characters.  To be sure, hit
  19. the Delete key an extra time.    
  20.  
  21. - If you receive the error "LAN F: DIED"; it means that your connection has
  22. been broken. 
  23.  
  24. - For version 1.2 all LAN address MUST be unique.  
  25.  
  26. - Currently there are no NLM's for the ASYNC Router.     
  27.  
  28. - The most current communication port drivers are available as PTF255.ZIP
  29. in NOVA Library 9.
